An affordable hotel for everyone. I booked a family room and it was spacious and clean. Air-cond worked perfectly. Water pressure was good. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful too. I asked for an iron and within 1 minute it was already in front of my room. Very fast indeed. I like that they have a vending machine at the lobby, and racks selling maggi cups, disposable bath towel, toothbrush etc. There's a laundry shop next to this hotel too.

Value for money. Good budget hotel. Friendly staff. I especially liked the cleanliness of the hotel- rooms, bathroom, bedding everything was quite good.

room - clean and pleasant location - easy to locate and surrounding with food court and other shopping center. Clean- was very satisfied with the cleanliness and the ample parking space

the cleanliness of the room and ample car park. service was simple but the people there are polite. self check in and check out is also available. this ia the second time staying here and the quality remains.

The girl at the helpdesk is very polite.. she greet and welcome all of us when we arrived on 6 oct.. she assists us in check in.. the most important thing the room is clean and good facilities too.. the best.. this is my second time.. keep up the good job

Such a great customer service over there! Answered all the questions, and guidance for top notch🤩🤩🤩🤩 The room was good. The bed was great, able to sleep well! The room was neat and clean! Much recommended 🤩🤩🤩

One of the things I liked about this hotel, is the room comes with desk and chair, that is equipped with a lamp and plug that is, convenient for me to do my work (i.e., using laptop and etc). Thanks.

Comfortable for short vacation. The interior design for toilet is nice & clean. Staff very responsive every inquiry.

Everything is good. Nothing to complain. Nothing that I really like, but also there's nothing that I hate. Everything is okay and good. All the staff is very kind, polite and friendly.
